1. Who we are

These terms govern all orders placed through zuria.example (the "Store"), operated by Zuria B.V., Herengracht 1, 1015 BA Amsterdam, The Netherlands ("zuria", "we"). VAT ID: NL123456789B01. KvK 12345678. Contact: hello@zuria.example.

2. Products and prices

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs, where charged, are shown separately before you confirm your order.

We take care to display products and prices accurately. In the event of an obvious error we may cancel the affected order and will refund any amount already paid.

3. Ordering and conclusion of contract

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation by email. We may decline orders that cannot be fulfilled, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment service providers. Your payment details are processed by those providers and never stored on our servers.

5. Delivery

We deliver within the European Union. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping & Returns policy. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the goods, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

7. Refunds

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return shipment. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

8. Legal warranty

EU law entitles you to a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity. If goods are faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace, reduce the price or refund as required by law. This guarantee is not affected by the withdrawal period above.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence. In all other cases our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
